Objectives of the Position Be responsible for EHS management of CJ OP department to realize setting target通过负责漕泾装置OP EHS 管理工作实现安全环保健康的目标Organize EHS training and activities to improve safety awareness and build up Safety culture, document EHS procedure and performance of plant.组织EHS培训和活动来提高安全意识，建立安全文化，记录装置EHS程序和表现。Main Tasks支持并汇总漕泾基地制定年度EHS 目标和行动计划， 跟踪后续行动计划的完成情况；Support and summarize the annual EHS target and action plan, and track the following implementation.支持并参与漕泾运营部的风险评估工作，对于识别出来的潜在的安全、环保和健康危害制定T.O.P措施，在得到公司管理层确认后进行执行；Support the risk assessment for all posts of CJ OP department by employees and himself involvement. To define the T.O.P countermeasures of found potential risks and implemented after getting approval from company management组织新项目、改造项目的MOC讨论，并根据讨论结果完成MOC文件；对现有的产品，设备，工艺进行回顾，分析潜在的危害和不符合的生产过程和技术要求，加以改进；Organize the discussion of Management of Change (MOC) for new projects and revamping projects; Track and collect related MOC documents afterwards. To analyze the potential risk and nonconformity process and technical specifications of existing products, equipment, and process and correct.根据EHS部门和运营部的培训要求，组织并实施相关的培训，并通过抽查、书面答卷等方式检查培训效果；Organize and conduct EHS training according to the training request of EHS and Operation departments. Validate the effectiveness of training by spot check and quiz paper.负责新员工入职后的EHS培训并跟踪监督其整个培训计划，并落实师徒制；Be in charge of department EHS training and follow up of whole training plan of newcomers. Tracking the implementation of mentor system for newcomers.负责准备和应对所有与运营部EHS相关的内外部评审，并对提出的改进建议进行跟踪和整改；Prepare and response to internal and external EHS audit to Operation department. Following up all findings are corrected timely.支持在运营部内发生的EHS事故调查，分析和整改措施的跟踪落实，并记录汇总相关清单；进行许可证的管理必要时签发相关许可证；监督槽车卸料符合要求；Support accident investigation and corrective actions tracking happened in OP department. Manage the work permits and release the special ones. Supervise the conformity of tank truck unloading process.对承包商进行EHS管理、监督、评估、跟踪EHS措施的落实，确保生产和施工安全无事故；Be responsible for EHS management, supervision, evaluation, action follow up of contractors to ensure their work and construction safety.维持EHS文档系统符合RC 系统的要求；Maintain the EHS documentation system according to requirement of RC system.完成上级交代的其它任务To complete other tasks requested by the supervisorMinimum Education and Qualification Required for the PositionEducation: ？bachelor or above with chemical engineering or EHS management related Working Experience: ？Above 4 years’ experiences in chemical plant Technical
